The Yellingbo Cask keeps the oils and olives fresh for months, sealed from air and light till the last drop. We press in small batches, with the focus on picking, cold pressing and packaging in the cask, the environmentally friendly cardboard box. Our produce will not overwhelm the flavours of your favourite foods.
